İN + Residence  Construction Technical Information

 

As Yekta Homes, we use the latest technology materials at IN + Residence as well as our other projects. Our most important point is the establishment of ISOLATION- RIGHT PLAN & BUILDING.

 

BUILDING FOUNDATION

 

The basic starting point starts at 5 meters below the floor. After the filler is filled with the rock parts in the opened pit, it is pressed with the help of a dozer and a cylinder. After 140 cm of foundation wall was covered, 2 layers of insulation were built and a drainage system was installed. After the foundation basement was dumped with 18 mm iron, it was grounded with 120 cm concrete. Isolation process with basic curtain wall liquid membrane is strengthened and protected with 4cm of strap.

 

 

FLOOR INSULATION

 

The distance between the two floors is 330 cm and it will have an isolation of 42 cm between two floors. 7 cm screed 7 cm concrete 15 cm styrofoam 10 cm ytong and 3 cm

plaster applied

 

 

 

 

WALLS

 

In the outer ceiling of our building, we use 19cm of Bims Wall Pocket Blocks. It provides sound insulation of 52 dB and at the same time it performs thermal insulation. TSE approved  earthquake resistant material

In front of our building blocks we use internal name given BIMS provides 52 dB sound insulation 19cmlik National Technical Approval is the first certified products in Turkey. We use this material in conjunction with the adjacent apartments.

Room divisions of the apartment are built with 13.5 cm bricks with horizontal holes. Thanks to the lightness of the material, the installation does not bring extra burden and it is approved by the TSE and the A1 CLASS and is a UNFLAMMABLE PRODUCT.

 

KITCHEN & BATHROOM

 

Our worktops are made of marble and kitchen cabinets  are made of highglass material. The  batteries  are made of stainless chrome material.

 

INDOOR STAIRS AND BALCONIES

 

Our building stairs are made of marble and we also use the same marble on our balconies. The blue glass we use in our balconies creates a spacious environment of aluminum carpentry.

 

FLOOR & CEILING

 

We use 45 * 45 ceramics on the floor inside the apartment. The interior of the building and apartment ceilings  built with a suspended ceiling.

 

WINDOWS & DOORS

 

Our windows are double glazed  with  heat and sound insulated. It also has a double sided opening feature. Our flat entrance doors have steel door with 25 point locking system. Inside the room doors are American doors.
